ASK Training College CEO & founder is Moses Sharaz who was born in the Caribbean and emigrated to Liverpool, UK, at the age of 6 where he was educated. He graduated in 1987 with a BSc. Building and a Masters in Construction Project Management.
He has worked on many large prestigious projects such as the Channel Tunnel and the world’s tallest building (Burj Khalifa in Dubai). Other countries worked in include the UK, Africa, Caribbean, Asia, Papua New Guinea, Middle East & Australia as Construction & Safety specialist. Working intimately with diverse cultures has given him an insight into the uniqueness of working with indigenous peoples and their aspirations. His area of expertise is construction & safety
Malcolm is our Business Development Manager who specialises in Marketing and IT. He is a Microsoft Certified IT professional who has worked in the IT environment as a Systems Engineer for multinationals like T-Systems and AngloGold Ashanti in South Africa.
He has a passion to work with people and prepare them to tackle the workforce.
He is currently busy completing his degree in psychology with Central Queensland University where he plans to use those skills in a business environment to help skill the future leaders of small business enterprises.
ASK Training College Health Trainer is Carol Shannon who was born in Ireland and graduated in 2004 with a BSc. Nursing from the National University of Galway. She gained her Queensland Nursing Registration status in 2009 and currently lives in Innisfail. She also has qualifications and experience with mental health, high dependency & aged care patients.
Carol manages the company health courses & training, including undertaking consultancies in health related areas on behalf of ASK TC.Carol is passionate about her profession and this is evident in her willingness to undertake further studies as necessary to enhance her training delivery etc.
Riza is our business & management trainer with experience of strategic & leadership planning within the UK housing & care organization sector. He was born in Liverpool, UK, where he graduated in 1987 with a BA from John Moores University and is currently a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Housing. His experience serves him well as a Consultant to the UK Audit Commission with responsibility for monitoring housing and local authority regulatory compliance in Northern England. He draws on his management roles in corporate agencies with diverse workforce to make the training relevant, appropriate and enjoyable.
